Self-funded web analytics startup Whos.Amung.Us recently launched a pro version of its real-time statistics offering for bloggers. The free version lets web publishers collect data on users, popular pages, sources, and such, but it also requires that publishers display one of the company’s widgets on every page where data is to be collected. Although the prevalence of the widgets served to spread the company’s tool to more than 700,000 blogs and web sites, according to founder Bart Bobrowski, publishers will now have the ability to make the button…
